All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order placement will be honored for that transaction.
4. Payment Method
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Payment is due at the time of delivery in cash to our courier partner.
5. Inspection Policy
Customers have the right to open and inspect their order upon delivery before making payment. If the product does not match your expectations or has defects, you may refuse the delivery at that time.
6. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within Pakistan. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp throughout the delivery process.
7. Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan with free shipping on all orders. Azura Collections is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Refunds
Refunds are not applicable for Cash on Delivery orders since no advance payment is made. If you refuse a delivery due to product issues during inspection, no payment is required.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate delivery address and contact information
- Being available to receive delivery and inspect the product
- Contacting us within the specified timeframe for any complaints
10. Product Availability
In case a product becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you immediately and offer alternatives or order cancellation.
